Cleans by Mrs Finch is owned and managed by ME - Laura. I formed 'Cleans By Mrs Finch' in 2021 and continue to dedicate myself to offering the highest standard of cleaning for your home or workspaces.  

I started off with the smallest amount of clients, with the aim of providing the very best service with a personal touch at affordable prices. I love receiving feedback from my clients. I am constantly striving for perfection whilst continuously looking at adding different services and packages to expand my business. Within a few short months, my cleaning schedule was full and I had a waiting list for new clients to get booked in!! I was so excited that I had no other alternative than to take on my first team member!  

Although I was extremely nervous about trusting ‘new’ staff worrying if they would or could deliver the standards I had set for my business, I shouldn't have worried, each and every one of the team are amazing!! Every new member of staff undergoes a full training programme to ensure they deliver the same high standards that both I and more importantly, my clients expect. 

One year on and I have recruited 10 amazing ladies and the team is only getting bigger as the demand for our services continues to grow. This is partly due to the unexpected success of our TikTok account. What started off with me posting a few updates and a couple of videos has led to me being referred to as a ‘Cleanfluencer’ (still can't get my head around that one) with some of my content gaining over 1 million views!! My social media following continues to grow and the enquiries continue to come thick and fast. People have asked me to travel all over the UK to clean for them which is just a dream. Due to the popularity of some of my videos, I have been asked to feature in two newspapers - The Sun and The Sun US! It’s just been an incredible journey so far. 

Whilst domestic cleaning has always been my focus, I am now able to offer commercial, oven and carpet cleaning services. We can accommodate weekly/fortnightly cleans, end-of-tenancy, deep cleans, office cleans, shop cleans or upholstery cleaning, we literally have you covered. 

Getting booked in with us couldn’t be any easier. Once we have received your enquiry, I will personally contact you to discuss viewings if required, pricing etc and all the nitty gritties regarding your ‘clean’. Once your confirmed slot/booking has been confirmed, you will be assigned a dedicated team member who will become your regular cleaner. This will offer you consistency, and familiarity, and will allow you to build a relationship of trust and confidence with your cleaner. It's important that you are comfortable in your own home. If for any reason your cleaner is unavailable, you will always be notified directly by me and we will endeavour to provide cover.
