Q. Are you insured?
A. Absolutely! All of the team are fully insured and have public liability cover.
Q. Will I get the same cleaner every week?
A. Yes!! You will get the same cleaner on each visit, that way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will get to know your home. If your cleaner is unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible and a new cleaner will be assigned if possible.
Q. Why do you price per clean and not hourly?
A. We believe that our clients benefit by knowing how much each visit will cost without having the worry of incurring additional charges should we overrun. This will also enable us to guarantee you consistency in the standard of cleans as we will not be worrying about timings.
Q. What happens if you don’t have a cleaner available when I try to book?
A. In the unfortunate event that all of our cleaners are fully booked, we will notify you that we have put you on our waiting list. You will be notified as soon as an appointment becomes available in your area.
Q. Can I stay at home during my clean?
A. Of course you can! We want you to feel as comfortable as can be when using our service. Some clients prefer to leave us a key which will need to be arranged prior to your clean.
Q. I have pets, is this a problem?
A. Absolutely not! All of the team at Cleans By Mrs Finch love meeting your furry family members. We just ask that you can let us know when booking and discuss with us if there are any behavior issues.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my clean?
A. If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your clean, please let us know the same day as your appointment. Whilst we are unable to offer refunds, we are happy to arrange an appointment to resolve the issue.
